OVERALL MASTERPLAN RENDER-R2 - Copy_edited.jpg

Overview.

Spanning 12.15 acres, this luxury resort integrates contemporary architecture with serene water-front living. The centerpiece — an expansive man-made lagoon — defines the experience, creating a seamless connection between architecture, landscape, and leisure

Design Concept.

The design emphasizes fluidity and balance, with every villa and suite oriented toward the lagoon to maximize natural light and panoramic views. Clean lines, soft stone finishes, and gold-bronze accents evoke an understated tropical luxury while maintaining architectural harmony.

Design Features.

Each floor houses two premium 3BHK units, organized symmetrically around a central lift lobby and staircase. Expansive living and dining areas open onto private sit-outs and landscaped balconies, promoting a resort-like indoor-outdoor connection. Dual kitchens (wet and dry), dedicated maid’s quarters, and ensuite bedrooms enhance functional luxury. The facade adopts clean linear geometry, integrating contemporary materials and subtle tropical detailing to suit Chennai’s coastal climate.

Architectural Features.

Each structure is layered with terraces and open decks to blur indoor-outdoor boundaries. The master planning ensures privacy while preserving visual continuity across the water. Vertical fins, perforated screens, and cascading green pockets enhance shading, ventilation, and aesthetic rhythm.

Experience.

The resort’s layout encourages interaction with nature — sandy shorelines, waterfront lounges, and shaded decks immerse guests in a resort-style calm. The combination of water, light, and material texture establishes a tranquil yet opulent atmosphere ideal for luxury hospitality.

Project Overview.

Located along Chennai’s coastline, Beachfront Villas is a collection of premium G+2 homes that blend contemporary design with coastal serenity. Each villa opens to panoramic sea views and private landscaped terraces, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.

Architectural Vision.

The design emphasizes openness, light, and natural textures. Linear volumes, wide overhangs, and timber-clad surfaces reflect tropical modernism. Expansive glazing frames the ocean, while stone and wood finishes root the architecture in warmth and tactility.

Spatial Layout.

Each villa rises vertically for privacy and flow — with parking and lounge in the basement, open living and dining on the ground floor, bedrooms with jacuzzis on the first, and an entertainment lounge with a sea-view terrace on the second.

Material & Detailing.

Stone, teakwood cladding, and soft landscaping define the palette. Deep recesses, shaded balconies, and vertical fins ensure climate comfort, while clean geometry and refined details elevate the coastal luxury aesthetic.
