Vision.

Koox was conceived as a space that balances grandeur with understated comfort. The design reflects the sophistication of oriental cuisine while ensuring the environment remains welcoming and socially vibrant. The intent was to create an atmosphere that feels luxurious yet effortless.

Oriental Influence.

Rather than literal replication, oriental design elements are interpreted subtly through linear forms, warm textures, and refined detailing. Mesh partitions, structured geometry, and controlled symmetry evoke cultural references while maintaining a contemporary identity.

Dynamic Ceiling.

The wooden grid ceiling becomes the defining architectural gesture of the space. Layered with warm lighting, it creates rhythm, depth, and visual movement. This overhead feature anchors the interior and establishes a cohesive spatial language.

Focal Statement.

Clad in reflective gold finishes, the bar counter contrasts the timber ceiling and acts as a luminous centrepiece. Its materiality amplifies the richness of the space while drawing attention without overpowering the overall design narrative.

Seamless Transition.

A glass façade framed with aluminium louvres mediates the shift between the intimate indoor lounge and the relaxed outdoor terrace. The semi-transparent layering introduces linearity and allows natural light to soften the spatial boundaries.

Flexible Layout.

Generous seating arrangements ensure comfort and spatial breathing room. Non-fixed tables and chairs provide adaptability for events and gatherings, while the outdoor pergola and greenery extend the experience into a laid-back yet refined setting.
