Each unit is planned to maximize usable area through clear zoning of living, sleeping, and service spaces. Furniture placement, circulation paths, and storage are carefully aligned to avoid visual clutter and improve daily functionality.
Unified Palette.
A consistent material and color palette of warm neutrals, stone textures, wood finishes, and muted metallic accents ties all spaces together. This approach ensures visual continuity across multiple units while maintaining a refined, contemporary character.
Living Spaces.
The living areas are designed as flexible social zones with integrated TV units, concealed storage, and soft layered lighting. Large openings and light finishes enhance the sense of openness within the compact layout.
Bedroom Design.
Bedrooms emphasize comfort and privacy through upholstered headboards, textured wall treatments, and full-height wardrobes. Integrated lighting and clean detailing create a calm, hotel-like atmosphere suitable for daily living.
Kitchen & Dining.
Modular kitchens are designed for efficiency with optimized work triangles, ample overhead and base storage, and durable finishes. Compact dining zones are seamlessly integrated without interrupting circulation or spatial flow.
Repeatable Quality.
Standardized design modules, detailing, and material specifications allowed consistent execution across approximately 50 units. This ensured uniform quality, controlled costs, and ease of maintenance while retaining a premium visual appeal.
